Structural Design Engineer
【Job Description】
1. Responsible for the structural design of key components such as the rocket body structure, propellant storage tanks, and cabin sections, as well as the overall integration of air rudders, separation devices, buffering devices, etc;
2. Responsible for the interface design of structural systems, power systems, control systems, launch support and other related systems;
3. Responsible for multidisciplinary joint simulation (such as strength, vibration, and thermal load analysis), optimizing structural design schemes;
4. Developing structural testing verification plans (such as static tests and vibration tests), analyzing test data, and proposing improvement measures can solve technical problems in the development process, promote structural lightweighting, high reliability, and low-cost design;
5. Responsible for the preparation of overall professional documents and reports related to the structure;
6. Responsible for product quality control, coordination of production issues, tracking of technological frontiers, and demonstration of development plans within the scope of this profession.
【Job Requirements】
1. More than 3 years of experience in spacecraft/rocket structural design, familiar with liquid rocket structural design processes and industry standards;
2. Master professional knowledge in structural mechanics, theoretical mechanics, material mechanics, mechanical design, etc;
3. Familiar with aircraft structural systems, separation system composition, and working principles;
4. Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solidworks, etc;
5. Proficient in using CAE software such as Ansys and Abaqus for structural simulation analysis;
6. Has certain communication and coordination skills, able to accept business trips such as production and testing tasks.

Shake Design Engineer

1. Responsible for identifying key shaking environments for reusable liquid rocket full profile tank propellants;
2. Responsible for modeling and simulating the shaking characteristics of tank propellants;
3. Responsible for optimizing the design of storage tanks to reduce the impact of shaking on attitude control;
4. Responsible for planning and implementing relevant ground tests;
5. Responsible for tracking cutting-edge technologies in the fields of container shaking prediction and anti shaking design both domestically and internationally, and promoting their application in model design.

1. Major directions related to fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechanical engineering, etc;
2. Familiar with multiphase flow simulation, with the ability to independently build modeling, simulation, and prediction processes based on actual problems is preferred;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to deeply participate in professional circuit demonstrations such as overall, pneumatic, structural, GNCS, etc;
4. Experience in flight testing is preferred.

Pneumatic Design Engineer

1. Responsible for identifying, tackling, and verifying key aerodynamic issues of reusable liquid rockets;
2. Responsible for aerodynamic shape design optimization of liquid rockets;
3. Responsible for establishing the aerodynamic characteristic database;
4. Responsible for establishing the aerodynamic load database;
5. Responsible for the design of rocket inlet and outlet ports and analysis of cabin pressure;
6. Responsible for planning and implementing relevant wind tunnel tests;
7. Responsible for identifying aerodynamic parameters after flight testing;
8. Responsible for tracking cutting-edge technologies in the fields of aerodynamic design, optimization, simulation, intelligent crossover, etc. both domestically and internationally, and promoting their application in model design.

Dynamic Characteristics Engineer
【Job Responsibilities】
1. The organization, planning, and implementation of carrier rocket shaking design and related shaking tests;
2. Modeling the structural dynamic characteristics of carrier rockets during the entire flight phase (ignition, takeoff, transonic, stage separation, re-entry, etc.), including modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and transient dynamic simulation;
3. Conduct fluid structure coupling analysis (such as aeroelastic flutter, POGO vibration) to evaluate the impact of dynamic stability on flight safety;
4. Establish a multi-body dynamics model for rockets (including flexible bodies) to analyze the dynamic response under complex operating conditions such as inter stage separation and engine thrust transients;
5. Plan and implement ground vibration tests (GVT) and modal tests to obtain structural natural frequency, damping ratio, and vibration mode data, and revise dynamic models.

1. Master's degree or above, major in aerospace engineering, mechanics, mechanical engineering, vibration and noise control, etc., with more than 3 years of experience in dynamic characteristic analysis in the aerospace/aviation field, familiar with the dynamic design process of launch vehicles and aircraft;
2. Proficient in dynamic simulation tools (such as NASTRAN, ANSYS Mechanical, ADAMS, Simpack), familiar with modal testing systems (such as LMS Test. Lab, Polytec laser vibration measurement) and data post-processing methods, proficient in fluid structure coupling analysis (such as CFD-CSD coupling) or control structure coupling simulation analysis;
3. Led or participated in key issues related to dynamic characteristics, such as POGO vibration suppression, flutter boundary analysis, and inter stage separation dynamics;
4. Experience in ground vibration testing or dynamic characteristic analysis of flight data is preferred.
Mechanical Environment Engineer

1. Star arrow coupling analysis and high-low vibration analysis; Planning, organization, and implementation of section level and full dynamic experiments;
2. Responsible for the analysis and prediction of mechanical environmental conditions throughout the entire lifecycle of carrier rockets (launch, flight, separation, landing, etc.), including dynamic environmental loads such as vibration, impact, noise, acceleration, etc;
3. Establish a simulation model for rocket mechanics environment (such as vibration transmission path analysis, random vibration response, acoustic vibration coupling analysis, etc.), evaluate the impact of the environment on structures, electronic equipment, and payloads;
4. Develop mechanical environmental design conditions to provide input for structural design, vibration and noise reduction schemes, and equipment environmental adaptability;
5. Plan and implement mechanical environmental ground tests (such as vibration tests, impact tests, noise tests, modal tests, etc.), develop test outlines, and analyze test data;
6. Support the collection and inversion of environmental data during flight tests, verify the accuracy of simulation models, and propose optimization suggestions;
7. Participate in fault mode analysis and propose improvement solutions for components with insufficient environmental adaptability.

3. Familiar with data analysis of environmental testing systems such as vibration tables, impact testing machines, and acoustic testing equipment;
4. Experience in on-site support for model environmental testing is preferred.

Load Designer
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Analysis of cabin segments and full rocket payload of carrier rockets, testing and calibration related to payload, and development of payload design tools;
2. Develop and iteratively optimize payload conditions based on flight trajectory, environmental conditions, and mission requirements;
3. Load design for the entire lifecycle of rockets, and formulation of safety factors under different force modes, materials, and other conditions;
4. Static and dynamic strength analysis of conventional structures, multi system joint simulation, fluid structure coupling analysis, and structural bearing limit analysis;
5. Plan and participate in ground load tests (such as vibration tests, impact tests, static tests), analyze test data, and revise simulation models;
6. Experimental prediction and comparative analysis with experimental data, revision of simulation models, improvement of simulation databases, and simultaneous development of simulation parametric modeling tools.
【Job Requirements】
1. Major in mechanics, engineering mechanics, solid mechanics, flight mechanics or related fields, with a master's degree or above, and more than 3 years of experience in carrying vehicle loads;
2. Capable of programming (Python/Matlab/C++), capable of supporting automated analysis and algorithm development;
3. Proficient in finite element analysis tools (such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, Abaqus) and dynamic simulation software (such as ADAMS, Simpack);
4. Passionate about aerospace, recognizing aerospace culture, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
